Age restriction / Minors
To use our services, you must be at least 14 years old. See also the Data Protection Amendment Act 2018.
No AI / ML regulation
It is prohibited to use data or content from the instances listed below for the training or development of artificial intelligence or machine learning models without the express consent of the copyright holder. Any unauthorized use of data or content for AI/ML purposes will be considered a copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

Of course, this is only possible for languages that we understand - therefore, only German and English are possible as languages on our instances. DATA PROTECTION
Please also refer to our wiki for our data protection disclosure in the data protection declaration section (de/en).
Federation with Meta (Facebook) / Instagram
Our servers have preventatively blocked federation with threads.net. This rule may be changed in the future when we know how threads.net implements federation via ActivityPub and how they respond to reports from the Fediverse.
