Welcome, this instance is part of My Privacy DNS (https://www.mypdns.org/). We prioritise your right to online privacy: no tracking, minimal logging, and privacy-first federation. We host a privacy-focused PeerTube at u2be.ovh (https://u2be.ovh/), video hosting run with the same privacy-first principles. The name “matrix” was chosen because the project builds user-configurable blacklists from a matrix of blocklists, a practical reference to how we give users flexible, composable moderation tools. Misskey was selected as the platform to communicate the project, and the server has since grown into a general-purpose fediverse instance with an active community posting about many topics. Not affiliated with the movie "The Matrix", it's just a name match.
