I have a few social media profiles in the fediverse, one public and the rest are private. Here's my public profile:

To follow me search for @osvaldo@social.osvaldo.pt in your Mastodon, Pixelfed, Friendica or other compatible software and click the appropriate buttons. I'll approve your following in a few hours, if I feel it's genuine, and follow back if I'm interested.

I'm also on Atproto / Bluesky as @osvaldo.pt   Search for my username to follow. The Bluesky profile is not a mirror of other accounts and everything is public.
